Car Sales Executive
LOCATION
John Kennedy Subaru is seeking salespeople at their dealership.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in retail, business-to-business sales, or automotive sales is preferred. Ideal candidates should enjoy helping people, have an interest in automotive technology, be organized, and possess good follow-up skills.

If you haven’t been in automotive sales in the past, you may not understand how much fun it is to help customers find their dream car and see their reaction when you hand the keys over. Although we “sell” Subarus, we find that our customers have already been sold on Subaru when they enter the showroom. It comes down to making a connection with the customer and helping them through the process. You will be fully trained to be able to do this.
John Kennedy Subaru is selling in volume right now, and we don’t have enough salespeople to take care of the increased traffic properly. Automotive sales experience will put you at the top of the list; however, we train a candidate with a good background in retail or business-to-business sales. Some of our tenured salespeople have come from non-auto sales environments, such as the restaurant business.
You’ll start your first four training months on salary. After that, your income could dramatically jump into the higher end of a 5-figure yearly income. We sell a lot of Subarus! After just a year or so, it is possible to climb into the 6-figure level! We have a couple of seasoned sales staff members who are there now.

Your Schedule:
- You’ll work a full-time, 40-hour, 5-days-per-week schedule
- A mix of early to afternoon and evening shifts with Saturdays until 5 pm
