SHORT DESCRIPTION

Intralot, Inc. seeks a candidate to assist in managing payment processing systems and vendor relations to ensure efficient operations in lottery-related services.

Intralot, Inc. is engaged in the supply of integrated gaming and transaction processing systems, innovative game content and value-added services to state licensed gaming organizations. Based on its extensive know how, advanced product development standards and substantial experience in operating lottery games, Intralot, Inc. offers custom-made integrated solutions, which ensure maximum efficiency and absolute security.

Games Library includes more than 400 types of games: Numerical Lotteries, TV Lottery Games, Sports Lotteries, Fixed Odds Betting, Instant Lotteries, Pari-mutuel, Video Lottery and Monitor Games.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Associates degree (preferably in Finance or Business), or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years’ experience with related experience working in financial environments as well as with external vendors.
  • Strong analytical, verbal and written, and presentation skills.
  • Background working effectively with a variety of groups across the organization including technology, operations, marketing, third-party vendors, and senior management.
  • Must be able to function in a fast- paced environment and handle multiple requests
  • Banking process and data analysis experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the direct supervision of the Deputy General Manager, assist with the following duties and responsibilities. Other miscellaneous duties may be assigned. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Manage the third- party partners and vendors involved in delivery and management of payment processing.
  • Interface with finance, operations, and technology to manage credit and debit processing.
  • Support new client implementations, with responsibility for payment processing components, and accountable overall.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reconciliation of all daily processing of all credit and debit card payments between Lottery system and the payment processors.
  • Oversee weekly funds settlement with Lottery partners.
  • Research, analyze and resolve processing issues and questions regarding credit and debit processing across INTRALOT, Vantiv and Ingenico systems.
  • Assist with tasks and procedures to maintain PCI compliance
