A Little About Us

At Renew Wellness Brands, we build e-commerce stores with great subscription options at their core. We exist to provide our subscribers with products that renew and improve their lives, all with a shopping experience that offers convenience and the ability to automatically renew an order. In short, “We exist to renew you!” is our promise to our customers and our team members.

We’re profitable and growing. Renew Wellness Brands started in 1999 as the wildly successful “Magazines.com” where we developed our legendary customer service, expertise at subscriptions, technology, and marketing. Fast forward to the early 2020’s and through multiple natural vitamin and supplement company acquisitions, we pivoted to become the e-commerce company that we are today - now managing multiple brands on a daily basis. We resell products for other brands, and we own proprietary brands sold DTC and via Amazon.

We have one overarching requirement when it comes to joining our team: our Cultural Competencies. These core values are a summary of who we are and who we want to be. If you find yourself nodding your head while reading through them (next section), you’ll probably feel right at home, in which case we can’t wait to hear from you!

Core Values We Actually Live By

While we have an Employee Handbook that spells out a bunch of the specifics of the way we operate (which you’re welcome to review at any time) the way we do things can really be summed up in our Core Values:

  • Wowzers: We serve our customers beyond a simple “wow” and into “Wowzers!” moments. We want their experience to be great today and even better tomorrow. This requires that we carry a tenacious can-do attitude.
  • FOF It: If there is a problem, we find it, own it, and fix it. “FOF-IT” is what we call it. A team resolved to find a way, fixated on finding a solution no matter the odds, is a team that overcomes, innovates, and wins.
  • Renew & Grow: It is impossible to be our best without personal, professional, and collective growth. We cannot be satisfied with where we are if we want to reach where we are going so we are committed to RENEW and GROW every team member and every team.
  • U1Me2: We put you first and expect you to do the same for everyone around you. It’s a “you first, me second” servant heart attitude that we call U1Me2.
  • Do Right: We do the right thing even when no one is looking. When faced with good, better, and best; we choose the best, no matter the cost. We DO RIGHT for our customers, each other, and the business.
