SHORT DESCRIPTION

Resideo is seeking a Category Marketing Manager to support digital strategy across categories, focusing on executing digital marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

Resideo is seeking a Category Marketing Manager responsible for supporting our and digital strategy across categories. The ideal candidate has a strong background in planning and execution of digital marketing strategy with both internal stakeholders and external agency partners. Additionally, the candidate has outstanding project management skills and showcases the ability to work cross functionally within an organization.

Job Duties:

  • Develop and lead the digital marketing strategy across categories, including paid media, paid search and SEO with the goal of driving business growth. This also includes strategy work, key audience targeting and budget allocation.
  • Plan, launch and optimize B2B & B2C campaigns across digital channels.
  • Act as the main point of contact for our digital marketing agencies and support the team in day-to-day communication, ensuring flawless execution of deliverables for new launches and in-life campaigns.
  • Work with cross functional teams to understand marketing needs and strategy/goals and then execute with our digital marketing agencies.
  • Work cross functionally with Performance Marketing to develop KPIs and optimizations, ensure maximum ROI and final reporting.
  • Lead SEO efforts with our agency partner, driving optimizations, content creation needs and best practice across our websites.

You Must Have

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing with a focus on pro-centric marketing/digital activations.
  • Exceptional knowledge of digital marketing best practices, working with agencies and the ability plan, execute and optimize campaigns.
  • Strong project managements skills with the ability to prioritize tasks/projects, meet deadlines and manage budgets effectively.
