QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree required, with exceptional organizational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple assignments, and proven relationship-building capability. Preferred: 1-3 years relevant marketing experience, especially in the automotive aftersales industry.

The CCA Marketing Specialist will support brand marketing efforts, drive service lane traffic, and enhance customer loyalty through cohesive execution of marketing strategies and materials.
Job Description
Hybrid - This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report Warren, MI three times per week, at minimum or other frequency dictated by the business.
Relocation:

The Role:
As a key member of the CCA Marketing team, the CCA Marketing Specialist is a key support role responsible for supporting the CCA Brand Marketing Teams as they deliver on Service & Parts marketing initiatives through collaboration with GM Vehicle Brand Teams and other CCA cross-functional stakeholders. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external counterparts to help ensure a consistent, cohesive, and disciplined execution of the brand vision and associated marketing materials.
This role is essential in supporting GM Customer Care and Aftersales business objectives for driving service lane traffic, parts sales, increasing customer loyalty and strengthening customer retention.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
Marketing Strategy Support
Support Brand Lead integration with a variety of adjacent Marketing Teams and CCA Sales Operations teams during business planning discussions and processes
Assist in development and deployment of content in support of the Certified Service and/or GM Parts/ACDelco brand strategy which aligns to business objectives and resonates with target audiences
Ensure consistency and inclusivity in brand messaging, visual identity, and tone across all deliverables
Support efficient content delivery through planning, production, and closing projects within budget, schedule, and scope
Facilitate Agency of Record (AOR) partnership and legal review of creative assets.
Maintain CCA Brand guidelines and update as necessary.
Creative Development & Execution
Support creative development, production and execution for all marketing and advertising mediums including video, OLA, social, audio, POS, photography, etc.
Facilitate creation of retail assets in support of National Retail Plan(s) and consumer offers/rebates
Analyze data and consumer research to make recommendations for creative improvement.
Develop CCA Marketing content for Go-To-Market planning and communications
Author and deliver creative briefs to direct Agency of Record (AOR) activity.
Execute content integration within various channels. (e.g.Adjacent partners websites, Asset Central, owner magazines, OnStar communications, CSSR, GM Card, My Rewards, internal communications, social, etc.)
CCA Brand Steward
Seek out opportunities to integrate with Division to collectively elevate the brand by delivering an enriched ownership journey.
Attend and participate in Divisional marketing, sales and CRM meetings.
Participate in and attend Divisional “Go to Market” (GTM) meetings.
Support Brand Leads as needed with interface with with CCA sales, retail channel, product teams, and GM protection products.
Share best practices across the organization with CCA Brand Managers.
Provide weekly updates to the CCA team and agency partners at Agency Brand Day meetings.
Develop and execute special projects as needed.
