SHORT DESCRIPTION
The Channel Marketing Manager oversees the go-to-market strategy to enhance partner engagement and optimize revenue generation through multi-channel marketing efforts.

Position Summary:
The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the holistic go-to-market approach across the divisions multi-channel market strategy. Works closely with cross functional departments to ensure marketing is a key part of the channel planning process. Ensures marketing activities support revenue goals are measurable, attainable, and well executed. These programs will be designed to drive partner and end user engagement, as well as drive a best-in-class customer experience through the channel. A primary goal of this position will be to scale and develop innovative programs that closely align with a customer intimacy strategy, driven by data (LoC, VoC) and create opportunities and campaigns designed around our key channel partnerships to optimize our marketing efforts for value creation and revenue generation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops/Collaborates/Supports the execution of multi-channel marketing plans including digital and traditional marketing channels, ecommerce, email marketing, advertising campaigns, print materials, photography, brand(s), paid and organic search, social media marketing, events marketing, and thought leadership.
- Determines and directs/routes the marketing and sales support needs for assigned channels and business partnerships.
- Identify key insights from channel data that drives strategy and connect insights with cross functional teams and projects.
- Partner with sales and product management by providing strategic market positioning to strengthen alliances and partnerships while driving qualified leads and prospect engagement.
- Collaborate with the creative team in developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Continually analyze and report performance of all marketing campaigns, assess against goals (KPIs), and adapt plans accordingly to improve customer experience and drive new business.
- Analyze, leverage, and transform digital behavior trends and insights to align teams and ensure that the business is leveraging insight to make decisions and provide value to the end user.
- Drives entrepreneurial thinking to meet strategic deliverables (i.e., applying behavioral science to audience identification, media targeting, UX/CX, content and channel strategy, brand planning, analytics and performance results, optimization, etc.)
- Translating human-centered insights and data into actionable recommendations for use in developing analytic test and learns, brand planning, strategy, creative execution, media planning, audience development, UX, and CX
- Work closely with channel sales teams to understand partner needs and develop customized solutions.
- Takes creative initiative to produce marketing materials/ concepts/ campaigns and other tasks as assigned
- Works cross functionally, when appropriate, across the Gibraltar platform to collaborate on programs and processes.
- Perform other related responsibilities as assigned or required.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6+ years in specific marketing roles, within the building products industry.
- Proven track record of driving successful marketing initiatives.
- Able to complete design work in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign

Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, utilizing metrics to track and measure marketing performance, and providing insights for optimization. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying ideas, influencing stakeholders, and cultivating strong relationships. Highly skilled in project management, able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines within a dynamic environment.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Expertise in traditional and digital marketing channels, encompassing SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and PR.
Licenses / Certifications: None required
Physical Requirements: Ability to drive a vehicle and travel, such as air travel. Ability to frequently work in a stationary position for long periods of time; ability to frequently move about to accomplish tasks and to move from one work area to another. Ability to work in outdoor conditions including high/low temperatures, dust, humidity, etc. Ability to frequently and quickly converse with and convey information to others on the phone and in-person. Manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment and keyboards, perform data entry, filing, application demos, and site inspections. Ability to position self to bend, pull, and reach overhead and/or below shoulder level to perform filing duties, booth setup, application demos, etc. Ability to work with heights; ascend/descend ladders and stairs. Ability to position self to move safely over even and uneven surface’s ability to lift up to 35 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally (booth, sample boxes, products, etc.)

Environment: Remote with Travel Expectations Travel: <50% or as required based on business need
Special Work Conditions: May be necessary to work in home center, customer locations and construction site environments. Typical office conditions with consistent computer use. Occasional domestic travel required Ability to work extended hours as necessary Light physical effort equal to lifting or moving of lightweight materials (up to 25 pounds)
