QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar executive leadership role, strong strategic planning and business development skills, excellent leadership and decision-making abilities, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to drive profitability and growth, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred. Primary Care Experience Preferred.

Develop and implement the company's strategic plans, oversee all operations, lead and manage executive teams, build relationships with key stakeholders, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, manage financial planning, perform risk management duties, analyze liabilities and investments, and prepare forecasting reports.

CEO Accountabilities
Develop and implement the company's strategic plans and objectives
Oversee all aspects of the organization's operations and resources
Lead and manage the executive and leadership teams to achieve company goals
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the physician board, business associates and vendors in the communities served
Ensure the practice complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
Financial accountabilities include:
Manage the company’s financial planning
Plan and perform risk management duties
Analyze and manage the organization’s liabilities and investments
Plan, implement and manage investment strategies
Manage fundraising plans and capital structure
Determine finance KPIs
Track and ensure cash flow is appropriate and sustainable
Prepare and present forecasting reports
Compliance with policy and legal matters

- Marketing/Operations Manager

Qualifications
Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar executive leadership role

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; Masters’ degree preferred
