Seeking a creative and results-driven Vice President of Marketing or Chief Marketing Officer to enhance brand development and drive marketing efforts in Las Vegas, NV.

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Vice President of Marketing (VP) or Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with a passion for innovation and brand development to join our leadership team in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing and promotions, with experience in food and beverage brands being a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and achieve business goals.
  • Oversee digital marketing, social media, branding, promotions, and traditional advertising campaigns.
  • Leverage data and analytics to assess campaign performance, refine strategies, and ensure ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and promotional opportunities to expand brand reach.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing and promotions, with a preference for candidates with food and beverage brand experience.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize and execute innovative marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Strong project management, leadership, and team-building skills.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
