Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief of Staff to support the CEO in a fast-paced and innovative environment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, exceptional communicator, and organized leader with proven expertise in SaaS marketing, e-commerce, and project management. This role requires at least 5 years of professional experience and a demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor and right-hand to the CEO, providing strategic guidance and support on key business decisions.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and execution of priorities.
• Drive strategic planning efforts, including goal setting, tracking progress, and reporting on outcomes.
• Manage high-impact projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee the preparation of presentations, reports, and correspondence for internal and external meetings.
• Collaborate closely with teams across marketing, product, and operations to align initiatives and optimize outcomes.
• Monitor industry trends in SaaS and e-commerce to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making.
• Coordinate and manage key CEO initiatives, ensuring all deliverables are met.
• Lead efforts to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, Director of Operations, or senior project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Proven track record in SaaS marketing and e-commerce, with a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
• Strong project management expertise with experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering results on time and within scope.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in leveraging data and analytics to inform strategy and measure success.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
