Child Care Center Director

Trinity Way Enrichment Center has been serving families and children in our community for over six years. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Director to join our leadership team. This role requires a leader who can bring structure and processes to a growing organization, driving the center’s development to the next level while ensuring exceptional care and education for children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the overall management and operation of the daycare center, ensuring compliance with state licensing regulations and Trinity Way’s standards.

• Lead and support a team of teachers and staff, fostering a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment.

• Develop and implement processes to streamline operations, enhance organizational structure, and optimize efficiency.

• Monitor and improve classroom quality, curriculum implementation, and developmental outcomes for children.

• Build strong relationships with families, providing excellent communication and engagement.

• Oversee enrollment growth, marketing initiatives, and community outreach to support business expansion goals.

• Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, staff training, and performance evaluations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $37,440.00 per year

License/Certification:
