As part of the Wholesale Revenue Early Careers Attraction team, you will be at the center of design and implementation for the Wholesale Revenue Attraction strategy. You will collaborate on how we attract, select and develop incoming interns, how we market our opportunities to the external market, and embed diversity and inclusion into everything we do.

Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and analyze the success of attraction strategies, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key university stakeholders, faculty, career services and student organization to enhance our employer brand on campus
  • Coordinate closely with Employer Brand/Marketing to ensure that we are maximizing our brand, continuously innovating and have the latest collateral for candidates
  • Work to ensure that we are well connected and networked with key diversity strategies and organizations, such as our firmwide Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HBCUs) team, our CIB diversity groups, and our summer advocacy programs
  • Help manage early identification programs for all candidates considered for the upcoming internship
  • Complete assigned projects and/or tasks to ensure the smooth running of key initiatives during periods of high volume
  • Leverage tools such as Oracle, Yello, Excel, PitchPro+ and more to assist with data accuracy and reporting on a daily basis
  • Help to deliver framework for delivery by recruiters at wholesale-wide campuses and school-agnostic events
  • Manage and assist with recruiting efforts including: attraction, strategic diversity plans, event operations, execution of hiring initiatives, and partnering with internal teams
  • Directly report to the Attraction Lead for the Wholesale Revenue Early Careers businesses and indirectly report to the CIB line of business (LOB) recruiting heads to design and implement the attraction strategy for cross-LOB collaboration in the United States
  • Travel for the role is required

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in similar recruiting or attraction position
  • Experience leveraging a customer relationship management tool of some kind
  • Ability to handle Human Resources (HR) information and data both confidentially and sensitively
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to connect and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and students
  • Flexibility, organization and attention to detail to deliver high quality outputs in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills, comfort with data and proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to make informed data based decision to optimize attraction strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills with great attention to detail
  • Collaborative and ability to flex between team and individual working styles
  • Exhibits enthusiasm, high energy and interest in Early Careers in Financial Services
