QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred bachelor's degree; experience in insurance, financial services, or business development is beneficial but not mandatory. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships are essential. Candidates from various business development-oriented fields are welcome, and training for state insurance licenses will be provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage with clients to understand their financial needs, provide personalized guidance, design and implement financial strategies, regularly review and update clients' plans, and cultivate a network of clients through referrals and community involvement.

- How long with NM: 13 months with NM.
- Prior Experience: General manager at a local startup, worked at a historic restaurant, completed a master’s degree, and coached baseball at Bakersfield College. Played college baseball and graduated from Rogers State University.
- Passionate About: Spending quality time with family, golfing, attending USC football games, and socializing with friends.
- How long with NM: 13 years with NM.
- Prior Experience: Worked in his family’s small business, a bowling pro shop, and spent college years traveling the U.S. as a competitive bowler.
- Passionate About: Golf, supporting the Alzheimer’s Association, Bakersfield Angels (a foster care nonprofit), food, travel, and is a huge Dodgers fan.
- How long with NM: Starting his 5th year on 11/2/24.
- Prior Experience: 17 years as a commercial lender with various banks, managing large commercial and agricultural loans, as well as foreclosure and asset disposition during the financial crisis.
- Passionate About: Live hard rock music, attending sporting events, daily exercise, and spending time with family.

- Prior Experience: Holds a BBA and master’s degree in Management, with 10 years of corporate experience in oil & gas, covering capital projects, operations, compliance, and more.
- Passionate About: Playing golf, watching sports, flying, volunteering, continuous learning, helping others succeed, traveling, and spending time with family.

- Prior Experience: Previously worked in property and casualty insurance and taught yoga part-time.

- Prior Experience: 19 years in the banking industry, including management roles at Wells Fargo, Tricounties Bank, and as Vice President of Sales and Membership at a credit union.
- Passionate About: Spending time with family, enjoying the outdoors (Ventura beaches, San Simeon, Yosemite), hiking, cycling, camping, volunteering at local schools, and playing basketball with friends.
Qualifications: We prefer candidates with a bachelor's degree, although it’s not a hard requirement. While prior experience in insurance, financial services, or business development is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Successful candidates will possess excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, strong analytical skills, and the capability to build lasting client relationships. We welcome individuals from business development-oriented organizations with uncapped earnings potential, including those from Medical Device, Education (teachers, administrators), Logistics, Banking, Mortgage, Solar, Payroll Services, Tech Business Development, Real Estate, Auto Rental and others. You will be required to obtain state insurance licenses, with training provided and sponsorship considered.
