Position Overview:

As a Client Associate & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be a key player in supporting both our client experience and marketing functions. In this hybrid role, you’ll assist the financial advisory team in delivering exceptional client experiences, while also helping to plan and execute marketing campaigns that enhance our brand. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, creative, and eager to make an impact in a versatile role.

Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Associate Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the administrative point of contact for clients.
  • Prepare for client meetings by creating agendas, retrieving documents from clients, and generating financial reports.
  • Administering funds transfer requests utilizing ACH, Wires, check issuance and deposits.
  • Assist with client onboarding, account setup, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings, reviews, and follow-up calls, maintaining a professional and responsive client experience.
  • Support advisors in preparing proposals, presentations, and materials for prospect meetings and new client consultations.
  • Track client milestones and significant life events, assisting advisors in providing personalized, proactive service.

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Assist in the creation and organization of content for marketing materials, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Help manage and optimize the company website, including updating content and tracking performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with designers and vendors for marketing collateral and promotional materials as needed.
  • Support client engagement activities such as client appreciation events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Preferably a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, customer service or administrative support role; experience in a small business environment is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and social media platforms; experience with email marketing and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting.
