Remote position, must be available to work 9am-6pm EST.
QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years of experience in data analysis, SQL, martech/web analytics, and Excel; must possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred qualifications include Python knowledge, ELT experience, and client-facing experience.

- Dig into data to answer and resolve client questions
- Proactively analyze & monitor client reporting
- Support RFPs, Sales Pitches, QBR, Upselling & Retention efforts
- Collect, prototype, and facilitate roadmap planning for new features in product
- Synthesize raw data into actionable insights to drive business results, identify key trends and opportunities for business teams, and report the findings in a simple, compelling way
Present actionable insights to clients and help them get the most out of the combination of their data and our insights
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in:
- Creating SQL queries from scratch using real business data;
- Understanding of martech and web analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) a must
- Highly proficient knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, functions)
- Experience with at least 1 BI Software (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.)
- Able to work 9am-6pm EST
- Excellent Problem Solving and Data Analysis skills
- Able to organize large data sets to answer critical questions, extrapolate trends, and tell a story
Strong communication skills and ability to explain critical insights to clients in a way that's easy to understand, digest, and act on
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Python;
