Client Executive - Credit Unions (Remote)
LOCATION
Remote position based in Southern California
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of financial services experience, demonstrated sales success with complex solutions, understanding of risk management in credit unions and banking, excellent customer service, bachelor's degree required, and willingness to travel.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Description
What we're looking for

- You understand your customer by seeing your world through their perspective, speaking their language, and expressing the voice of your customer to improve Experian's solutions
- You have experience of sales functions such as developing forecasts, advancing a pipeline, and ensuring delivery of solutions
- You achieve results and identify new ways to grow our business and expand current partnerships
- You stay up to date with industry trends, challenging yourself with different opportunities to develop your skills as an Experian leader
- You prioritize accountability, building trust with your teammates and customers
What you'll be doing
You will have responsibility in a named account environment generating revenue growth and managing important Credit Union client relationships. Your role will involve: building close alliances with senior client management personnel, offering recommendations through formal sales presentations and written proposals, and negotiating annual and individual pricing contracts and agreements. You will report to the Sales Director. This is a remote position based in Southern California.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of financial services experience with experience in overachievement and selling complex solutions
- Demonstrated experience uncovering sales opportunities for marketing, risk, analytic, fraud and software solutions within financial services
- Experience with risk management challenges and growth demands within the credit union and banking industry
- An understanding of customer priorities and the plans designed to deliver revenue and profit expectations.
- A passion and commitment to excellent customer service
- Bachelor's degree required
- Travel required
