As a Client Integration Specialist at Monster Lead Group, you will facilitate the onboarding and integration of innovative Mar-Tech solutions, ensuring clients achieve successful implementation and seamless operation within their existing systems.

We specialize in providing innovative tools and platforms that enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, drive homeowner engagement, and optimize overall marketing performance.
Position Overview: As a Client Integration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the onboarding and integration of our Mar-Tech solutions for clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of our products. This role is a blend of technical expertise, client communication, project management, client onboarding, and automating reporting processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Client Onboarding:
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, understanding their unique technical needs and requirements, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
- Collaborate with the sales and account management team to guide clients through the initial set-up and configuration, addressing any onboarding related inquiries.
2. System Integration:
- Lead the technical integration of MLG’s mar-tech solutions to seamlessly integrate with clients' existing systems and platforms ensuring optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with clients and internal technical teams to address technical challenges.
3. Project Management & Support:
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of integrated solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and streamline the integration workflow.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries/escalations and provide ongoing L1 support to address any integration-related issues.
4. Quality Assurance:
- Perform testing of integrated solutions to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies upon implementation.
- Ensure that all integrated systems meet quality standards and are aligned with the client’s expectations.
5. Documentation:
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, best practices, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Create user-friendly guides and tutorials to assist clients in navigating our Mar-Tech solutions.
6. Automated Reporting with Clients:
- Collaborate with account management to set up automated reporting for clients to ensure improved efficiency and ongoing alignment with their KPI’s.
- Develop and implement automated reporting mechanisms to track and measure the success of client integrations.
7. Continuous Improvement:
- Collaborate with the commercial/ops/innovation team to provide feedback on client needs and contribute to the improvement of our solutions.
- Accountable for providing regular reports to internal stakeholders and clients on project status, key performance indicators (KPIs), and areas for improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
