About the Role
As Account Manager, you are responsible for your defined accounts, and the development and training of assigned Customer Success Managers. You will report on driving product adoption, usage, and customer relationships. You will aim to improve the positioning of LexisNexis from both a retention and expansion perspective.
Responsibilities
- Meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales goals
- Driving consistent performance and results by leading and sponsoring continuous improvement projects
- Acting as the product expert, supporting not only customers but also internal teams adhering by best-practices
- Developing deep understanding customers’ objectives and becoming their trusted partner
- Conducting regular account reviews, escalations and create standard presentation materials for the lifecycle plans
- Determining how to define, drive, and demonstrate the value Return On Investment delivered
- Gathering feedback internally from teams and externally from customer for alignment and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Display solid, communication, organizational and time management skills
- Be able to work effectively in a constantly evolving and rapidly growing product sales environment
- Demonstrate the ability to negotiate contracts and close business
- Demonstrate an ability to work in a team selling environment
- Display a successful track record of B2B sales experiences of subscription, solution-based selling or similar models
- Have the ability to travel up to 50% of the time (day travel)
