Client Marketing Coordinator

As a Client Marketing Coordinator at Ramblin Jackson, you play a pivotal role in driving the ongoing success of our clients' businesses. Your responsibilities encompass managing crucial account deliverables, meticulously coordinating timelines, and fostering seamless collaboration among team members. Your leadership ensures that our clients' marketing campaigns and website maintenance are executed flawlessly, consistently meeting deadlines and quality expectations. Your role is pivotal in shaping the success stories of our clients, contributing to the growth of their online presence, and strengthening their position within the industry and their communities.

Compensation:

This is a full-time employee position at 40 hours per week and a $47,500 - $52,000 annual salary, plus bonus opportunities!

The Client Marketing Coordinator is Responsible for the Following Key Accountabilities:

Digital Marketing Execution

  • Execute minor website updates, including text edits, photo changes, form updates, and webpage publishing using WordPress and Beaver Builder. Build out new pages from templates, ensuring high-quality layouts and proper metadata.
  • Build, review, test, and schedule email marketing campaigns using established templates, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
  • Create, review, and schedule social media campaigns, and build landing pages for marketing campaigns, ensuring proper functionality for use with platforms like Google Ads.

Quality control of deliverables

  • Responsible for quality control and final review of Growth Plan and Marketing deliverables and holding team members accountable if deliverables are not up to RJ quality standards. This includes:
  • Reading, proofing and copy editing of web copy, marketing emails, social media content, landing pages and more.
  • Proactively flag security issues, broken pages, or development problems to the appropriate teams.
  • Coordinate data collection and create reports for Account Managers to use with Clients. This includes: SEO reports, website security reports, and additional requested research.

Hold Ramblers accountable for on-time, on-budget, and quality work through excellent task management and coordination

  • Organize and manage tasks across internal teams using tools like Asana
  • Translate meeting notes, transcripts, and AI summaries into actionable tasks and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with Landscape Marketing Guides to ensure all Client work and strategies are executed efficiently.

Effective communicator between Ramblers through problem-solving

  • Reports directly to the Growth Plan and Executive Team to ensure that there is excellent communication between them and the other Ramblers.

Responsibilities:

The Client Marketing Coordinator ensures the seamless execution of our clients’ digital marketing campaigns. By coordinating tasks, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet the highest quality standards, you’ll help our clients achieve measurable success. In this semi-client-facing role, you’ll also support Landscape Marketing Guides by keeping projects on track and translating strategies into actionable plans.

  • Interpret meeting notes, AI summaries and transcripts into tasks, then schedule and coordinate tasks across the team
  • Lead your team to ensure deliverables are consistently met on time and on budget
  • Foster excellent communication between team members
  • Read, review, and quality check web content including necessary copy editing, including drafting content with AI tools
  • Review, build and schedule email campaigns
  • Review, build and schedule social media campaigns
  • Maintain a clear focus on campaign milestones and hold your team members accountable
  • Troubleshoot website development and/or local SEO issues with the team
  • Coordinate data collection and create reports for the team to use with Clients
  • Provide final review and quality control of Client deliverables
  • Report directly to the Executive Team and Landscape Marketing Guides

Required Technical Skills:

  • 2+ years experience with SEO
  • 2+ years WordPress experience
  • Experience with Genesis and Beaver Builder a plus
  • 2+ years experience in social media management and email marketing
  • Experience with High Level, Active Campaign, Later (and similar) a plus
  • 1+ years experience with Google Ads
  • 1+ years experience with Asana and Google Workspace products
