Partner with the Senior Leader to develop strategy to deliver thought leadership content featuring Truist clients and subject matter experts via all available channels. Create compelling content that distinguishes Truist B2B businesses from competitors while providing a consistent and distinctive content experience that helps drive leads, engagement, client deepening, and retention.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop an all-channel usage strategy to deliver content effectively and efficiently to include lead generation and lead nurture strategies
- Partner with B2B lines of business marketing partners and other key stakeholders to deliver distinctive client experiences with compelling content via:
- - websites, applications, emails, videos, whitepapers, social media, ads, brochures, direct mail, and marketing or service channels.
- Analyze, plan, develop, and implement content strategy to meet marketing objectives. This could include using research and the appropriate tactics for our various audiences and channels.
- Concept, coordinate, and edit content that’s compelling, creative, easy to understand, on-brand, and backed by data and research. Provide leadership on content solutions by understanding, applying, and disseminating content strategies and best practices in cross-functional teams.
- Utilize appropriate technologies and content methodologies to capture, store, deliver and preserve content.
- Practice quality assurance procedures at each deliverable stage to maintain content integrity and ensure that content meets project specifications and standards.
- Work independently, with guidance in only the most complex and unusual situations.
- Deliver programs on budget and on time.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of content marketing-related experience
- Specialized content marketing and/or broad knowledge and expertise of B2B marketing
- Excellent communication and writing skills, including ability to present ideas and solutions in a clear and compelling way
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to achieve marketing objectives and optimize the client experience
- Strong relationship building skills resulting in the ability to influence others to adopt a new perspective.
- Knowledge of the industry's competitive landscape and an understanding of the market and regulatory factors that shape the industry.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree in English, Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications
- 10+ years of related experience
- Experience in financial services
- Commercial/Corporate/Wealth banking product and/or segment marketing experience
OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS
- Visual / Audio / Speaking: Able to access and interpret client information received from the computer and able to hear and speak with individuals in person and on the phone.
- Manual Dexterity / Keyboarding: Able to work standard office equipment, including PC keyboard and mouse, copy/fax machines, and printers.
- Availability: Able to work all hours scheduled, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and required by business need.
