SHORT DESCRIPTION

The Client Outreach Specialist will enhance client outreach and brand reputation through administrative support and content management, while engaging current and former clients using various marketing strategies.

Summary:

The Client Outreach Specialist will play a crucial role in the growing marketing and advertising department of the firm by supporting the Marketing Director in a range of administrative and client outreach tasks. We are seeking one to oversee and enhance our client outreach goals, our online directories, and online reputation, amongst other areas. This role will focus on creating, curating, and managing content across various platforms while actively monitoring and improving our brand reputation. This role will also contribute to marketing our current and former client base via email, text messaging and direct mail marketing. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various stakeholders within the company, exceptional administrative and research skills, work comfortably under pressure with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and experience working in the legal field.

Work schedule: Monday – Friday every week from 8:30am to 5:30pm – Hybrid schedule available.

Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities:

Referral Marketing – Online & Offline:

  • Client outreach marketing via emails, texts, and direct mailers.
  • Includes referrals and cross-sales content.
  • Manage occasional outreach to referral relationships as point of contact for firm.
  • Maintenance of professional referral relationships.
  • Participate and represent the firm in the occasional firm sponsored community event.

Online Directory Management:

  • Online Directory Management.
  • Profile management of online directories.
  • GMB Content Management.

Content Development:

  • Create high-quality, engaging content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials – including both graphics and written content.

Reputation Management:

  • Monitor, report, and respond to online reviews.
  • Promote positive review content.

Client Satisfaction Management:

  • Solicit reviews from clients.
  • Perform automated and manual reach out to clients and report necessary information to management.
  • Create and manage automation with existing tools for better client outreach.
  • Coordinate client testimonial shoots with video team and Marketing Director.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Highly organized, detail oriented with interpersonal skills and a strong customer-service orientation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with spoken and written fluency in English, Bi-lingual is a plus.
  • Must be able to multitask and handle high-stress, sensitive situations with a high degree of confidentiality.
  • This job requires the use and exercise of independent judgment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • The ability to work well under pressure, and to learn and retain new information.
  • Excellent planning and reporting skills.
  • Reliable and dependable.
  • Ability to type at least 45 WPM with excellent writing skills while navigating through multiple software applications.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Excellent proof-reading skills and the ability to identify grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to plan and implement marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working in a legal firm.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in organizing and executing customer or client outreach campaigns.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and SEO for purposes of online directories and reputation management.
  • Experienced with content marketing:
  • Be able to create content – both long form (email marketing) and short form (social media). Long form most important.
  • Experience with email marketing campaigns – how to create and execute nurturing campaigns.
  • Legal industry experiences a big plus.
  • Able to be client facing.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Education:

At least 2 years of related experience in the types of listed responsibilities.
