Job Overview:
We are seeking a Client Relations Specialist who will oversee our real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring each step progresses seamlessly. This role combines client service, project management, and creative marketing, providing comprehensive support to our clients, transaction coordinator, and real estate agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and responding to inquiries to ensure they are well informed throughout the transaction process.
- Assist in creating and distributing a monthly newsletter and other marketing materials using tools like Canva.
- Act as a client concierge, assisting with various tasks to facilitate smooth closings.
- Organize and coordinate client events, enhancing community engagement and client retention.
- Support real estate agents by managing administrative tasks, including email correspondence and the distribution of marketing pieces.
- Maintain and organize our client database, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of real estate transactions.
