High School diploma or GED, 2 years of membership sales experience in a fitness center, proficiency in computer skills (Mindbody, G Suite), availability for flexible hours, and ability to lift up to 45 lbs. Bachelor's degree and CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage membership sales, member onboarding, and client account support, ensure high hospitality and member satisfaction, utilize Mindbody for member communication and scheduling, resolve member inquiries, and assist in marketing campaigns and events.

Position Overview:
As a Client Service Associate, you play a pivotal role in Membership Sales, Member Onboarding, service delivery, client account management, programming insights, ensuring a high level of hospitality, member engagement and satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities:
- Develop expert knowledge of DOGPOUND’s Membership Program, effectively communicating pricing, policies, benefits, and enrollment information to both current and prospective members.
- Serve as the first point of contact for members and guests entering the DOGPOUND facility.
- Utilize the Mindbody Lead Management program to contact potential members, schedule visits, book classes, and sell introductory session packages and membership agreements.
- Contact potential members via phone calls, emails and texts.
- Achieve monthly sales goals by securing 10 Introductory Session Packages and 5 New Memberships.
- Ensure that all Membership Tiers receive their Welcome Box and Membership Benefits (Perks). Commission on agreement signature.
- Actively inquire about member referrals at point of sale and throughout the member’s term.
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, providing professional and responsive service to both members and guests.
- Stay updated on all studio programming, events, pricing, and policies to educate and guide members.
- Assist members with account management, including processing changes, service requests, product payments and renewals.
- Act as a key contact for both new member acquisition and member retention efforts.
- Resolve member concerns and questions using problem-solving skills and appropriate resources.
- Ensure that a premium 5-star experience is provided to all current and prospective members by maintaining relationships, answering queries, and improving the membership program, products, and services.
- Investigate and resolve or escalate membership and payment issues.
- Recommend and cross-sell additional products or services to current and prospective members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all membership inquiries, statuses, and changes using the Mindbody software system.
- Communicate effectively with the trainer teams for upcoming and existing appointments.
- Elevate and communicate to department leads relevant customer experience.
- Assist in executing monthly marketing campaigns.
- Support and attend member-exclusive events, assisting in the planning, execution, and review of them.
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to meet DOGPOUND’s membership program goals, aligning on updates, membership drives, and key benchmarks.
- Complete all opening and closing tasks.
- Stock all retail, drinks, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Two years of membership sales in a fitness center.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Proficiency in computer skills (Mindbody, G Suite, office software, etc.).
- Ability to push/pull up to 45 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, health/sport science, or a related field, or relevant professional experience.
- Certifications in CPR, First Aid, and safety response are preferred.
