1 year of experience in a salon or spa, 3 years of customer service experience, ability to work some evenings and Saturdays, and familiarity with beauty industry services and practices.

Job Summary
Lead Client Services and Engagement Coordinator
The guest services team is at the heart of Aidan James and plays a critical role in the operation of the business.
The role is responsible for:
- Delivering top-notch service to our clients, efficiently booking appointments and achieving salon goals for pre-booking, retail sales and upselling. Managing and directing the appointments to best utilize everyone's time is key.
- Building operational scorecards by service provider to track results
- Leading our social media and community engagement activities working closely with our general manager. Building high level of engagement and inspiring target clients with great marketing content via Instagram, Google Ads and our Web-Site is key.

- Excellent eye for building social media / web-site content (pics and reels)

Requirements:
- Able to work some evenings and Saturdays (salon closed Sunday and Monday)

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
