Online Image delivers value to our clients through multiple services but all are focused on our Client Search Optimization (CSO) service. You will be key to understanding the client’s needs, informing and guiding them through the Online Image process. Your expertise helps educate and retain these clients while walking them through their growth journey including showing them new areas to grow and evolve their business. Your day-to-day is spent analyzing your client's performance, talking with them or messaging them their status and updates, and assigning tasks to the rest of our team to ensure your clients’ continued growth.
About The Role
Effective Client Success Executives excel in cultivating trusted client relationships, ensuring enduring client retention through proactive engagement, and employing timely, impactful written and spoken communication. Their pivotal role involves updating clients on campaign progress, facilitating seamless coordination between clients and the team for implementing deliverables, and ultimately demonstrating success via adept organization, collaborative efforts, and clear communication. A day in the life of a Client Success Executive may encompass:

Nurturing client relationships by maintaining regular communication to update them on campaign advancements and outcomes.
- Collaborating closely with the SEO Manager and specialists to ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Overseeing project management at a strategic level, providing the SEO team with client feedback and essential details for achieving campaign deliverables.
- Supervising enterprise client campaigns alongside the SEO Manager, ensuring the delivery of exceptional quality work and tangible results.
This role might be a good match for you if you possess:

5 years of SEO experience.
- An understanding of various marketing channels (e.g., Content Marketing, Outreach Campaigns, Digital PR, CRO, Marketing Automation, and Social Media Marketing) could be advantageous.
- Profound proficiency in client communication and relationship-building, thriving in both written and verbal interactions.
- Strong collaboration skills within a team environment.
- Proficiency in high-level project management.
- Capabilities in data extraction, analysis, and reporting (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with prominent SEO tools (such as Moz, Buzzstream, SEMRush, Google Search Console, etc.).
- Technical expertise in diagnosing website issues and identifying growth opportunities.
- A passion for continuous learning to stay abreast of digital marketing trends.

Salary
Starting at $52-60k base wage DOE + bonus structure after 90 days.
