The Client Success Strategist is responsible for optimizing client accounts and digital marketing campaigns through data analytics and creative recommendations while providing excellent client support.

- Create data-driven digital marketing strategies tailored to the client’s target audience and aligned with their business goals. The strategy should include SEO, SEM, Social, and Content marketing to maximize reach.
- Create strong client relationships, providing recommendations to optimize campaign results and management implementation.
- Maintain regular communication with both clients and the internal team and manage the day-to-day executive of and oversight of ongoing digital advertising accounts and campaigns to meet the client’s marketing needs.
- Communicate effectively and accurately with all internal and external parties to ensure deadlines are met and projects are completed with deadlines.
- Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategy. Data analysis includes monitoring metrics such as engagement rates, website traffic, and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance to compile and present detailed reports with proactive insights and recommendations.
- QA all work throughout the duration of a marketing campaign and monitors client site and competitive positioning.
- Contribute to the organization’s success by offering process improvements to streamline efforts and maximize system tools and work.
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or healthcare-related field.
- Two to five years of professional experience leading digital marketing projects or complex problem-solving.
- Healthcare or Healthcare marketing experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing or SEO, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proven track record for learning new platforms and processes, as well as identifying creative and strategic solutions that help clients grow and accomplish their goals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data. Google Analytics is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to break down complex topics and formulate solutions based on account performance.
