White Construction Company (WCC) is seeking a dynamic Client Solutions Manager to spearhead our business development initiatives in the Houston market. Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
This Client Solutions Manager will be under the supervision of the VP/Regional Director for Houston and will also collaborate with our other Business Development professionals in the 4 different WCC offices around the country.
This Client Solutions Manager supports Business Development functions for White Construction’s Houston market, including general business development and company marketing.
The position coordinates with the leadership of White Construction to establish and maintain relationships with current, past and potential clients. Our BD efforts are primarily centered around owners/developers, architects, engineers, title companies, lenders, subcontractors and suppliers, and more.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead Business Development Efforts: Drive initiatives to enhance our brand recognition in the Houston market, fostering relationships within the AEC community and generating leads for potential projects. Our primary objective is to enhance both the frequency and volume of our business development activities, beginning with cultivating strong relationships within the Houston AEC community.
Strategic Planning: Work with Houston leadership to align business development activities with our annual “Go To Market” Plan, focusing on targeted market sectors.
Opportunity Identification: Research and strategize on potential public and private sector opportunities, ensuring WCC is well-positioned to win new projects.
Market Analysis: Stay informed on local and regional market trends to guide company planning and objectives.
Collaboration: Participate in regular business development meetings to track progress and adjust strategies.
Client Relationship Management: Utilize CRM software (UnaNet) to manage client interactions and opportunities effectively.
Competitor Analysis: Conduct assessments to understand competitive positioning and leverage insights to enhance our strategies.
Industry Engagement: Represent WCC in strategic professional organizations and industry events.
Marketing Responsibilities:
Help lead the effort to build WCC’s brand in Houston – including participation and leadership in both print and digital marketing strategies.
Brand Development: Play a key role in building WCC’s brand presence in Houston through targeted marketing strategies.
Proposal Support: Assist in the preparation of proposals and qualifications, ensuring compliance and responsiveness to RFPs/RFQs.
Content Contribution: Develop compelling written content and provide editorial support to enhance proposal quality.
Recruiting: Assistance with recruiting and Interviewing of select job candidates in Houston office
