Role Summary

Alpha Dental Solutions is hiring a Client Strategy & Marketing Execution Director—a multifaceted position that merges deep digital marketing expertise (including SEO, Paid Ads, and Social Media) with exceptional client relationship management. As the primary strategist, you’ll be the quarterback of each client’s journey, overseeing website design, digital strategy execution, and delivering impactful marketing insights.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-On Client Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Directly manage and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies (SEO, paid ads, social media, content marketing) for a portfolio of up to 100 client accounts.
  • Be in the details of each campaign’s setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting to ensure it aligns with client objectives.
  • Perform regular reviews of campaign data and analytics to track KPIs, identify trends, and make ongoing adjustments for maximum effectiveness.
  • Proactively reach out to 2 clients a day
  • Perform Quarterly Business Reviews

Client Communication & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular, clear, and responsive communication with a client roster of up to 100 accounts.
  • Conduct proactive, high-touch check-ins and quarterly business reviews to align on performance, goals, and adjustments.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, translating campaign data into actionable insights and guiding clients through each step of their marketing journey.

Execution of Marketing Strategies

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to execute targeted strategies that drive measurable outcomes, including new patient acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Ensure all deliverables (ads, SEO work, content) are on-brand, timely, and aligned with client goals.
  • Identify areas for improvement or potential issues and proactively implement solutions, leveraging your deep understanding of each client’s strategy.

Daily Optimization & Problem Solving

  • Be actively involved in daily campaign management tasks, including refining negative keywords, adjusting targeting, updating creative assets, and managing budgets to ensure optimal performance.
  • Use data-driven insights to troubleshoot and refine campaigns in real time, ensuring quality leads and maximizing ROI for clients.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams

  • Partner closely with the account management and web development teams to align on goals, resolve issues, and create seamless client experiences.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal product teams, advocating for client needs and ensuring that all parties are aligned on strategic direction.
  • Utilize tools like Monday.com, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc, to support effective communication and campaign management.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 4-7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and account management, with a focus on SEO, paid ads, and social media.
  • Portfolio Management: Proven track record managing a client portfolio of up to 100 accounts in a fast-paced agency or similar environment.
  • Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of online marketing principles and best practices, including campaign setup, data analysis, and optimization.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex marketing concepts and building lasting client relationships.
  • Customer-Obsessed Mindset: Demonstrated dedication to client satisfaction and a knack for turning challenges into positive client experiences.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in tools like Monday.com, Opteo, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Slack, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Highly detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential challenges in real-time.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Total Compensation: $100,000-$110,000 per year On-Target Earnings (OTE)
  • Base Salary: $60,000-$70,000
  • Bonus: Up to $40,000+

  • Measurable Client Outcomes: Drive measurable improvements in client KPIs like new patient counts and production metrics through strategic, hands-on campaign execution.
  • Responsive Problem Solving: Address client inquiries promptly, using creativity and data-backed insights to resolve issues and refine strategies in real-time.
  • Consistent Collaboration: Seamlessly coordinate with internal teams, clients, and product teams to ensure all deliverables are on track, on time, and exceed expectations.
