QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Marketing or a related field, 2 years of outbound sales experience with an athletic department or professional team, strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.

The Coastal Carolina Senior Account Executive – Retention position focuses on season ticket renewals while providing exceptional customer service and support, with opportunities for rapid career advancement within the sports business sector.

Position Overview: Taymar Sales U.’s Coastal Carolina Senior Account Executive – Retention position will learn and expand his/her knowledge of the fundamentals of the sales process with a direct focus on season ticket renewals. The Senior Account Executive position will provide superior customer service to Chanticleer fans and donors across all ticketed sports. Additionally, he/she will receive training, development and be provided the opportunity for rapid career advancement to Senior level sales roles, and leadership positions with added responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships and expand business with current ticket holders, athletic fund donors and referrals to drive revenue.
- Manage a book of business and deliver superior customer service to all current and future fans through phone calls and face to face appointments.
- Grow support from current season ticket holders and donors on ways they can further their support of Coastal Carolina Athletics through philanthropic giving and additional tickets.
- Engage Chanticleer fan base throughout the year with donor and season ticket holder events.
- Achieve and exceed department renewal percentages across all ticketed sports set in union with Director of Ticket Sales and Taymar Sr. Vice President.
- Work in conjunction with Director of Ticket Sales and Taymar Sr. Vice President on renewal strategies for all ticketed sports, specifically Football, Men’s and Women’s basketball and baseball.
- Represent the Coastal Carolina with the highest levels of character and integrity.
- Build superior internal relationships with the organization.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and monthly sales goals established by management team.
- Work in the assigned on site location on a daily basis as well as go on in person meetings out in the community.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends, as required. All home games will be worked in various capacities: prospecting appointments, sales tables, and game events.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in Sports Marketing or a related field.
- Two years of outbound sales with an athletic department of professional team.
- Comfort with making outbound phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude and desire and ability to learn in a fast paced, highly competitive industry.
- Experience and proven success in an inside sales program or ticket sales role preferred.
- Strong drive to learn the sales process and grow your career rapidly.
- Full Time role.
