Commercial Roofing Regional Sales Manager
LOCATION
Tampa, Florida to Fort Myers, with travel within the regional territory required.
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years B2B experience in solution selling, experience in facilities and/or commercial construction sales, strong relationship building and negotiation skills, able to manage client expectations, physically able to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs, and proficient with Microsoft Suite and CRM programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet and exceed sales goals, proactively develop accounts through various outreach methods, network with decision makers, manage existing accounts, conduct meetings with stakeholders, and prepare presentation materials to close on accounts.

Seeking a B2B Sales professional to grow regional sales for commercial roofing solutions, focusing on relationship selling and large ticket sales in the Tampa market.
North American Roofing boasts over 45 years of expertise in providing high-quality flat and low slope commercial roofing solutions across the United States. Specializing in TPO, PVC, and EPDM roofing systems, we excel in delivering durable and energy-efficient roofing solutions tailored to meet the needs of commercial and industrial clients. While our primary markets are concentrated in the Southeast, our capabilities extend nationwide, allowing us to effectively serve clients wherever their projects take them.
We are currently looking to add a B2B Sales professional with experience developing regional accounts to join our team. This role will have opportunities to support growth in the Tampa, Florida market down to Fort Myers.

- Work to meet and exceed annual reroof and service sales goals
- Proactively prospect and develop accounts by cold calling, social media, emails and face to face meetings.
- Identify and network with decision makers of regional accounts to secure all business opportunities
- Arrange meetings with relevant decision makers and centers of influence to review roofing sales opportunities
- Manage existing regional accounts and build relationships with key personnel
- Conduct in-person, virtual, and conference call meetings with all stakeholders relevant to meeting company objectives.
- Build customer relationships, prepare presentation materials, prospect, and close on accounts
- Meet and/or exceed territory sales targets
- 3+ years B2B experience with a heavy emphasis in solution selling
- Experience in facilities and/or commercial construction sales
- Strong skills in relationship building, presentation, problem solving, prospecting and closing
- Adept at managing client expectations through the sales process from program development to service implementation and fulfillment
- Ability to clearly communicate and negotiate in challenging sales situations
- Ability to achieve productivity goals as outlined by organizational metrics
- Must be able to climb a ladder; may require lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must have clean driving record
- Travel within regional territory required
- Limited overnight travel for corporate meetings
- Experience with Microsoft Suite and CRM programs.
