Nations Roof seeks a Commercial Roofing Sales Professional to develop recurring service revenue and manage client relationships within the greater Springboro, OH area.

We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Sales Professional to join our team!


Must have current residency in the greater Springboro,OH area and prior commercial roofing sales experience is required for consideration.


Nations Roof is one of the largest commercial roofing contractors, ranked in the Top 5 Roofing Contractors in the US. Our projects range in scope from large-scale new construction to complete tear-offs, re-roofing and renovations of existing building exteriors, and on-going roof maintenance, inspection, and repairs of all major commercial roof systems.


Position Summary:

The Regional Account Manager, under the direct supervision of the Service Manager (or other direct report listed above), is responsible for management of sales and continued development of reoccurring service revenue sources for local and regional accounts. This person will serve as a roofing resource to clients, offer solutions-based recommendations on company owned and leased properties and grow the local client base.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities
:

  • Establish new clients in designated territory.
  • Prepare service estimate and deliver sales proposals/presentations.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Cold calling, B2B marketing and networking events.
  • Maximize market potential by working with current customers.
  • Contact existing customers, schedule, and conduct site visits.
  • Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
  • Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
  • Establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on businesses near geographical area of scheduled site visits of existing customers.
  • Create and provide analysis of existing, BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO, PVC and metal roof systems for estimate(s).
  • By acting as their roofing resource, the sales representative will provide alternatives, recommendations, and budget pricing - repair, restoration and replacement options depending on several factors.
  • Review/prepare proposed project bid(s) in accordance with company bidding procedures with essential overall cost accuracy, as required.
  • Follow up with Operations team as well as clients to review proposals and necessary suggested repairs to close sales opportunities.
  • Provide technical expertise and cultivate relationships with local facility representatives.
  • Utilize database of completed projects and existing customers to provide roof inspections and other services.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and local management teams.
  • Maintains relationships between the organization and outside consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating the project management/development tracking tool.
  • Receives, organizes, and maintains all construction documents.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned by Manager.
  • 2-3 years commercial roofing experience
  • Sales experience in commercial roofing or similar industry
  • Fundamental knowledge of roof systems and repair applications – Preferred
  • Basic working knowledge of computer programs and phone software applications
  • Written and verbal communication and time management abilities
  • Organized person and enjoys working outside.
  • Lift and climb up and down a 30 ft. ladder or many flights of stairs
  • Capable of receiving instructions and clearly explain problems and solutions to customers.
  • Abide by all job-site safety requirements, including PPE, and fall protection
  • Must be team orientated and be willing to perform based on the company’s Core Values
  • A valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
