Commission Sales Associate

Job Description: We seek a motivated Real Estate Acquisitions Associate (Cold Call Specialist) to join our team. In this role, you will make cold calls to potential sellers, assess their interest in selling their property, and schedule appointments for our Acquisitions Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Cold Calls to potential sellers.
• Engage prospects and build rapport.
• Identify homeowners interested in selling their properties.
• Qualify leads based on specific criteria.
• Schedule appointments for the Acquisitions Manager.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM system.

Requirements:

• Computer with a good Internet connection.
• Working phone.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-Driven and persistent.

Pay: All Sales positions are comissions only. No License is necessary.
