Job Title: Commission Sales Associate
Location: Atlanta, GA (work from home)

Theophilus Media Productions is a state-of-the-art film and video production company that delivers high-level professional media throughout the metro-Atlanta area and beyond. We specialize in serving corporate clients with live productions, training videos, e-Course content, and virtual productions.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can generate leads, create meaningful client connections, close deals, and facilitate referrals. Your responsibility will be to use a combination of social media, cold calls, email, and on-site visits to hit monthly sales goal targets. In addition, you will meet monthly with the company President to discuss sales goals, strategies, and progress.

Primary Duties

• Meet and/or exceed monthly sales goal target.
• Meet monthly with company President (virtually).
• Establish monthly sales goals.
• Connect with current clientele and potential prospects.
• Educate customers regarding the best services for their needs.
• Recommend related products to increase customers’ options and enrich their experience.
• Explain the benefits and functions of services, methods of preparation and how to use them to achieve the best results.
• Accepting and processing contracts.
• Promoting special sales, offers and awareness of company loyalty program.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience

• Demonstrate ability to sale effectively using social media, video, cold call, and email.
• A good understanding of how companies use video for digital platforms and storytelling for social media and content creation.
• Ability to conduct oneself with corporate etiquette.
• Ability to plan own daily work schedule and manage time effectively.
• Ability to drive to nearby client locations in Georgia (must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license).
• Have a suitable home office environment for telecommuting work.
• A good understanding of Microsoft Office and other word processing software.

Education
High school diploma or higher education.

Experience
At least 2 years of sales experience.
