Seeking a creative full-time Communications and Marketing Specialist to enhance brand image and drive growth through innovative content creation and effective marketing strategies.

We are seeking a dynamic and creative fulltime Communications and Marketing Specialist to join our team
This role will support the development, execution, and monitoring of our marketing and communication strategies. The ideal candidate has a knack for storytelling, brand-building, and creating compelling content across multiple channels. You will play a key role in enhancing our brand image, engaging target audiences, and driving growth through innovative marketing efforts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Write, edit, and publish high-quality content, including blog posts, press releases, social media updates, email newsletters, and website copy.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence, develop social media campaigns, and engage with online communities to build brand awareness.
  • Digital Marketing: Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Brand Management: Ensure all marketing materials align with our brand identity and enhance our brand’s presence in the market.
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and promotion of company events, webinars, and product launches.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, target audiences, and competitor analysis to help shape marketing strategies.
  • Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and industry influencers to ensure positive media coverage.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of communication and marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Skills:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms)
    • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing best practices
    • Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative content and campaign ideas
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or similar) are a plus but not required

This position will not have a supervisory role.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field. Two plus years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role. Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation is a plus.
