QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; 3+ years of events or marketing experience; proficient in Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator; excellent communication and project management skills.

- Develop and execute event strategies to engage key decision makers at target accounts through in-person events.
- Analyze Salesforce data and use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify ideal contacts for marketing events.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive event registration and attendance, targeting key executives and stakeholders.
- Ensure event success by managing the end-to-end planning, execution, and follow-up processes.
- Manage logistics, vendor relationships, contracts and purchasing branded materials for events.
- Plan and execute events that support opportunity creation, deal progression, and revenue.
- Understand common client challenges and business concerns and collaborate with product marketing on event content strategies.
- Identify, track, and analyze key marketing KPIs, including event attribution to pipeline, revenue, and time to close.
- Conduct post-mortem analysis of field marketing activities and incorporate improvement in future planning.
- Document and organize event plans to ensure clear communication with marketing and sales stakeholders.
- Ensure all event stakeholders are informed of goals, objectives, and responsibilities prior to the execution of each event.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
- Data-driven approach to metrics and results.
- 3+ years of events, marketing, or related experience.
- Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to effectively coordinate efforts across multiple stakeholders across multiple teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
