0-3 years of experience, media monitoring, content management skills, bilingual (English and Spanish), strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Communication Contractor in Miami, FL
We are seeking a Communications Contractor to join our communication team. This position is ideal for someone with a background in communications, marketing, or a related field. With 0-3 years of experience in supporting administrative and project management tasks, including media monitoring, and content management skills.
Shift: 8 am to 5 pm (M-F) -US$25.00/h

Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, updating, and editing templates, documents, spreadsheets, and presentation decks.
- Maintain and contribute to content projects in Airtable, ensuring materials are always up-to-date.
- Help edit and review company-level press releases, as needed.
- Join team calls and meetings, provide recaps and follow-ups as necessary.
- Prepare and maintain the monthly Released recap report.
- Monitor media mentions daily, adding clips to Airtable.
- Flag Google Alerts related to reputational risks for the team’s attention.
- Conduct content and trend media research, as needed.
- Manage the image library on Dropbox, including renaming, identifying, and organizing photos.
- Remove outdated images and keep the library streamlined for easy access.
- Assist with the coordination of content for Stories from the company, media opportunities, and proactive pitches.
- Gather information, collect photos, and add the latest content to Airtable.
- Maintain and update media lists, flagging new contacts when necessary.
- Assist with maintaining opening template documents.
- Review press materials related to company openings.
Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of experience in supporting administrative and project management tasks, including media monitoring, and content management skills.
- Comfortable using Airtable, Dropbox, Slack, and media monitoring tools (Required)
- Bilingual ( English and Spanish) (Required)
- Recent graduate with a degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field. (Preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
