Community Health Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Program Coordinator to support our programs aimed at improving services for children and families. The ideal candidate will have experience working with community programs, coordinating healthcare initiatives, and engaging with various stakeholders. This role requires effective communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while traveling throughout the state of Indiana.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Social Services, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Valid Indiana Driver’s License with the ability to travel throughout the State of Indiana.
• 2 years of experience working with children and families.
• 1 year of experience in a program coordinator role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Experience working with community programs.
• Computer proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience presenting to various stakeholders (e.g., community members, organizations, or leaders).

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 1 year of experience with Indiana Medicaid Health Insurance.
• Prior marketing experience.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
