Responsibilities:
Must have 1 – 2 years’ experience in Healthcare Sales and Marketing
Responsible for presentations both within the facility and outside.
Achieve referrals through development and implementation of an effective referral marketing plan.
Responsible for meeting/exceeding census goals. Should manage referral customer relationships in accordance with the facility marketing plan that would include an emphasis on payer types.
Conduct sales calls to identify new and potential referral sources.
Maintains thorough knowledge of the market in general and the specific products, services and acuity trends within the market.
Identify options for partnering with other providers in the market and assist in developing partnerships with necessary providers.
Set up in-services to support business development efforts and goals
Maintain and active working knowledge of competition.
Maintains knowledge of facility products and services.
Identify unmet community needs for new program and service development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1-2 years' experience with Healthcare Marketing and Sales with multi-site representation
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
Service mentality and a thirst for learning
Positive Can-Do Attitude
Excellent Attendance
