Premier Home Health Care is looking for a B2B marketing liaison to develop relationships with referral sources (hospitals, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, primary care offices, etc) and generate leads. You will play a critical role in promoting our services to potential clients and referral sources. Your primary goal will be to increase awareness of our company within the community and establish relationships that drive referrals and client acquisitions.

Qualifications:

We believe that motivation, attitude and willingness to learn are main qualities needed and welcome candidates without a strong past experience in a similar area. We also welcome candidates from other professions who are considering changing their careers. Responsibilities and Duties

As the community liaison/marketer you will:

Create and implement marketing strategies to promote our home healthcare services effectively.
Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other potential referral sources.
Participate in promotional events, health fairs, and community outreach programs to raise awareness about our services.
Work closely with our internal teams, operations, and clinical staff, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and service delivery.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and competitive positioning.
Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Provide education to marketing contacts on the skills and services our agency provides as well as the benefits of home health to the care of their patients.

Qualifications and Skills

Understanding of home healthcare regulations and industry trends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently and respond well to changing priorities and conditions
Must have and maintain transportation to be used for work with current registration, valid and current auto insurance as well as valid and current driver’s license
