Community Liaison/Marketing

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic Liaison to join our team. The Liaison will be responsible for facilitating communication between different parties, ensuring smooth interactions, and fostering positive relationships, must have experience in hospice/healthcare marketing.

**Responsibilities:**

- Act as a bridge between various departments, clients, and stakeholders

- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries or concerns promptly

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events

- Collaborate with sales teams to support account management activities

- Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

**Skills:**

- Excellent customer service skills

- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Word

- Strong communication abilities to interact effectively with diverse groups

- Experience in technical sales or pharmaceutical sales is a plus

- Ability to work well in both office and outside sales environments

- Demonstrated account management capabilities
