Associate Community Manager
We are seeking a full-time Associate Community Manager to provide an outstanding experience for our members and guests. If you’re outgoing, customer-focused, and love the hospitality industry, this role could be the perfect fit.
What You'll Do
Member Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with members, understanding their needs and interests.
- Connect members with resources to help grow their businesses.
- Plan and execute monthly and quarterly networking and professional events.
Operations Management:
- Maintain a clean, functional workspace, ensuring high standards for all common areas, meeting rooms, and amenities.
- Manage office supplies, snacks, beverages, and overall space readiness.
- Address minor technology issues, such as access systems, printers, and conference room equipment.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent support, addressing member inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding members, billing, and managing membership changes.
- Conduct tours for prospective members, offering a glimpse into the coworking experience.
Collaboration and Growth:
- Partner with the Director of Operations to manage incoming membership inquiries via email, phone, and walk-ins.
- Drive internal growth by fostering account expansions and member referrals.
- Actively engage the broader Urban Co-Works community through social media and email marketing.

- Energetic, outgoing, and positive, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Motivated to delight customers and achieve goals.
- Organized and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent, self-starter with a “roll up your sleeves” mentality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in customer service or hospitality.
- Social media proficiency is a plus.
- Interest in startups, small businesses, and entrepreneurship.
