Job Summary
The Community Manager is responsible for executing marketing campaigns across various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategies.
Responsabilities include:
- Manage and monitor content and communities on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
- Develop ideas and write engaging content for social media, online campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Utilize tools like Facebook Business, Socialbakers, Trello, or similar platforms for content creation.
- Work closely with influencers to plan, create, and monitor campaign content.
- Design and implement monthly content calendars.
- Interact with target audiences to generate leads and manage community engagement.
- Produce videos for platforms such as Instagram Reels and TikTok.
- Respond to user inquiries and create content that addresses their needs.
- Visit stores to produce content featuring clients and points of sale.
- Analyze performance metrics and create audience reports as required by the Marketing Coordinator or Management.
- Draft blog articles and other written content.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in content creation and social media.
- Recommend suitable ad formats (text, images, videos) tailored to the segmented target audience.
- Cover brand events to create content for social media and websites.
- Execute additional tasks assigned by direct supervisors.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English to effectively support a diverse team.
- Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office, and data management tools.

- At least 2 years of experience as a Community Manager.
Schedule:
- Availability Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
Pay: Starting at $24, depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
