Community Marketing Director - Assisted Living
LOCATION
In person at NuCare Senior Living community.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred), proven experience in sales and marketing within senior living, healthcare, or hospitality, strong communication and interpersonal skills, creative problem-solving ability, proficiency in CRM software, and familiarity with local market referral networks (a plus).

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Director to lead our community’s efforts in attracting new residents and enhancing our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a passion for building relationships, and a proven track record in sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources.
- Conduct community tours and guide prospects through the decision-making process.
- Marketing Strategy:
- Create and implement innovative marketing initiatives to increase community visibility and brand awareness.
- Develop and manage advertising campaigns, digital marketing efforts, and public relations strategies.
- Coordinate and participate in community events, outreach programs, and networking activities.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Partner with the Executive Director and team to ensure alignment with community goals and objectives.
- Track and analyze sales metrics, providing regular reports to leadership.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative problem-solving ability and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools.
- Familiarity with the local market and referral networks (a plus).

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
