QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 years of proven sales experience in hospitality, leasing, or healthcare; previous experience in assisted living preferred but not required. Bachelor's degree or clinical license is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a valid driver's license are required.

Manage leads and professional profiles, understand competitive market analysis, support new resident transitions, develop marketing plans, ensure follow-up on inquiries and tours, and coordinate with facility leadership for patient satisfaction efforts.

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced assisted living Community Relations Director who will be responsible for providing sales and marketing support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Building and managing detailed lead and professional profiles in our database
- Up-keeping database information
- Comprehensive understanding of the community's competitive market landscape
- Cultivating and managing reciprocal professional relationships throughout marketplace
- Gathering, analyzing and interpreting competitive market analysis data
- Researching and/or visiting competitors' facilities
- Supporting new residents during the move-in process for a successful transition
- Develop with the facility and Next Step staff monthly, quarterly and yearly marketing and sales plans
- Report on outcomes of marketing and sales efforts
- Develop and assist in community events that showcase our assisted living facility
- Ensure all inquiries are follow up on and that tours occur weekly for new leads.
- Work from lead calendar so all leads are touch as indicated based on their needs for placement
- Collaborate with Next Step Admissions and Liaisons staff and other Next Step Assisted Livings
- Coordinate patient satisfaction and Champion efforts with facility leadership Centers using company patient satisfaction survey tool

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience with assisted living, hospitality or healthcare sales desired but not required
- Bachelors Degree of clinical license preferred but not required
- 1-3 years of proven sales experience in hospitality, leasing or healthcare
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Possessing a driver's license, insurance and reliable vehicle
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Understanding of various long term care insurance methodologies and service provided in other health settings
