The Landing at Laurel Lake is seeking a Community Relations Director (ALF Only)

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced assisted living Community Relations Director who will be responsible for providing sales and marketing support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Building and managing detailed lead and professional profiles in our database
  • Up-keeping database information
  • Comprehensive understanding of the community's competitive market landscape
  • Cultivating and managing reciprocal professional relationships throughout marketplace
  • Gathering, analyzing and interpreting competitive market analysis data
  • Researching and/or visiting competitors' facilities
  • Supporting new residents during the move-in process for a successful transition
  • Develop with the facility and Next Step staff monthly, quarterly and yearly marketing and sales plans
  • Report on outcomes of marketing and sales efforts
  • Develop and assist in community events that showcase our assisted living facility
  • Ensure all inquiries are follow up on and that tours occur weekly for new leads.
  • Work from lead calendar so all leads are touch as indicated based on their needs for placement
  • Collaborate with Next Step Admissions and Liaisons staff and other Next Step Assisted Livings
  • Coordinate patient satisfaction and Champion efforts with facility leadership Centers using company patient satisfaction survey tool

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience with assisted living, hospitality or healthcare sales desired but not required
  • Bachelors Degree of clinical license preferred but not required
  • 1-3 years of proven sales experience in hospitality, leasing or healthcare
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Possessing a driver's license, insurance and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Understanding of various long term care insurance methodologies and service provided in other health settings
