Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista - Disney Springs Area and Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace - Disney Springs Area are looking for their next Complex Senior Sales Manager to join our team! This is a hybrid position, offering a mix of onsite and remote work

Located in the heart of Orlando and connected to Disney Springs, these two properties are ideal destinations for both leisure and business guests. Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista features over 814 rooms and 78,000 square feet of event space, while Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace boasts 1,011 guest rooms and over 124,000 square feet of event and meeting space. Both hotels provide outstanding venues for corporate events, conventions, and social gatherings.

What will I be doing?

As Complex Senior Sales Manager at Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista and Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace, you will play a key role in securing groups and conventions by building and establishing relationships with new and existing customers. This is a dynamic position that requires strong communication and networking skills, with a focus on delivering customer value and exceeding revenue goals.

Position Summary:

  • Lead Generation: Research, solicit, and generate new leads for group opportunities through database research and proactive sales efforts, maximizing room revenue to meet and exceed lead generation goals.
  • Market Development: Represent the hotel in market segment development and foster new customer relationships while maintaining existing accounts, consistently striving to maximize revenue across all hotel revenue streams.
  • Business Strategy: Develop and implement business strategies by analyzing historical, current, and future hotel and market trends. Execute marketing initiatives to capture lead revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Customer and Account Management

    • Engage with Hilton Worldwide Sales, Convention Bureaus, and Intermediaries to retain existing customers and secure new business for the hotel.
    • Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans for designated markets.
    • Maintain a current pipeline of business opportunities aligned with short- and long-term business goals.
    • Represent the hotel in customer interactions, including creating business proposals, conducting site inspections, and executing contracts.
    • Coordinate customer specifications (room, food and beverage, and meeting space requirements) via lead management systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date in Delphi FDC.
  • Prospecting

    • Research, solicit, and generate new business leads through proactive efforts, such as attending industry tradeshows and customer events.
    • Develop and implement strategies to shift share from competitors.
    • Engage in outside sales activities, including networking events, to identify needs, build relationships, and secure new business.
  • Negotiations

    • Negotiate contracts and commission agreements with clients and intermediaries.
    • Provide solutions that meet the hotel’s financial objectives while strengthening client relationships.
    • Collaborate with Hilton Worldwide Sales and Hilton Legal as needed to support the contracting process. #LI-AT3
