LOCATION
In person, in Southern California, specifically Los Angeles and South Bay locations
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven track record of success in construction sales, strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, Bi-lingual Spanish preferred

Develop and execute strategic sales plans, identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, conduct market research, prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, maintain accurate records of sales activities, provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Concrete Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction sales, particularly in the areas of Concrete. Ideally with connections establish in the Los Angeles and South Bay locations. This role offers a $75,000 base salary with an attractive commission structure based on hitting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in construction sales, preferably in structural concrete, shoring, grading, or demolition.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and subcontracting processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
