What will you be doing?
This role will have responsibility for managing the relationship with a major Consumer Healthcare Company as part of the CPG-Client Insights organization. This role will engage with the client leadership, brand marketing, analytics and consumer insights teams. The candidate is responsible to manage and growth the engagement with the client by acting as a strategic advisor, thought leader and insights-oriented consultant delivering insights and implications that drive growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Grow and maintain relationships with client’s leadership to ensure that Circana delivers the value that the client needs to address their most important business issues.
- Leverage Circana’s data, technology and solutions, in addition to category knowledge to deliver insights and implications to the client
- Own and grow Circana’s engagement with the client by recommending solutions that address the client needs
- Manage Circana’s team that supports the client and internal partners to ensure on-time delivery of solutions, data and reports
- Generate thought-leadership that provides valuable insights and trends to the clients while supporting the growth of Circana’s Wellness vertical
Requirements
- Educational background (College Degree/MBA Preferred)
- Years of experience (10+) with market research, consumer-packaged goods (CPG) or marketing services
- Proficiency with syndicated data tools such as Circana, IRI, NPD, or similar platforms
- Demonstrated expertise in utilizing and integrating multiple data sources (point-of-sale, panel, etc.) to address client business challenges, delivering data-driven insights and implications.
- Skilled in engaging clients in a consultative manner to effectively solve and manage content deliverables.
- Strong analytical, storytelling and communication skills

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $165,000 - $180,000.
This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
