RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in video shooting and editing, implement content strategies for organic and paid channels, engage with the audience, create social media content, maintain relationships with creators, monitor metrics and competitor activity, and develop organic gifting strategies.

SHORT DESCRIPTION

Join JUNOCO as a Video Creation Intern to learn about viral video production and assist with social media content strategy.

If you are passionate about learning about what makes a video viral, then this internship is for you. As part of our video creation team, you'll be helping us with video shooting and editing for our social media platforms and paid media channels. You'll learn about what makes a video take off on TikTok, Instagram, and many more!

What you'll do:

Implement content strategy for organic and paid channels.
Help build out our Creator Community and engage with our audience.
Create and post social media content during peak engagement days/times.
Maintain and foster existing relationships with creators whilst ensuring continued research into new influencers
Understand the metrics behind each piece of content and help monitor the results of our content creation strategy.
Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity and relevant industry trends, events and opportunities to appropriate teams
Organic Gifting - drive and develop a regular gifting in order to build and maintain constant reach

Qualifications:

Interest and understanding of TikTok and other social platforms and how to make content that converts.
Previous experience creating video content for social media is a plus.
Understanding of the online social media landscape and influencer marketing
Fluent, clear, and articulate in communication with the ability to convey interest and enthusiasm
Excellent social communication skills
Team player able to work with teams across the business
