Content Creation Manager

Rock West Composites, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Content Creation Manager.

Rock West Composites, Inc. is an engineering and manufacturing company dedicated to providing innovative solutions for commercial and government customers. This position is located in our San Diego HQ office at 7625 Panasonic Way San Diego, CA and reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Basic Purpose: This key member of the marketing department will be responsible for creating content for the website, customer presentations, social media, advertising, trade shows, and any digital or physical activity that requires marketing content.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Filming /Editing video on set and on location
• Creating digital assets for ecommerce including Keyshot renderings, sample photography, animation, and videos, both How-To and general education
• Creating digital assets for custom marketing including, Keyshot renderings, parts photography, animation, and videos
• Writing / Editing copy for website and advertising
• Supporting the Director of Marketing Communication for creation of digital and physical artwork in support of customer presentations, trade shows, office décor, and advertising
• Support efforts to gain earned media placement through the creation of compelling content that industry partners want to publish

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, and EXPERIENCE:

Required Education and Experience:

• College degree in Graphic Art or related major
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud with advanced skills in Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
• Proven abilities to render in Keyshot
• Willingness to learn/stay on the cutting edge of design, including the use of AI
• Ability to work in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments
• Multitasking skills for working with many team members at once
• Creative thinking with an excellent eye for detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with teams and employees
• Physical ability to move and hold recording equipment for long periods
