About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Creator to join our marketing team. This individual will play a critical role in building brand awareness and engaging with new audiences by developing innovative, high-quality content across various platforms. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart, with a knack for crafting engaging visuals and copy that resonates with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar aligned with marketing objectives.
• Identify content trends and opportunities to position Wise Agent as a thought leader in the real estate CRM industry.

Content Creation:

• Develop compelling blog posts and multimedia content tailored to our target audiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce promotional materials, case studies, and customer success stories.
• Ensure all content adheres to Wise Agent’s brand voice and guidelines.

Social Media Management:

• Create engaging social media content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos, to expand reach and engagement.
• Analyze social media metrics to measure success and adapt strategies to increase performance.

Copywriting:

• Write clear, compelling, and persuasive copy for a variety of platforms, including social media captions, email campaigns, landing pages, and advertisements.
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and drive lead generation.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Email Marketing:

• Execute strategic email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture subscriber audiences.
• Monitor email KPIs, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, to assess campaign performance.

Video Editing:

• Create and edit video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional purposes.
• Work with raw footage to craft engaging video content, including reels, short-form videos, and tutorials.
• Add graphics, text overlays, transitions, and music to enhance video quality and storytelling.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure video content aligns with overall branding and campaign objectives.

Analytics & Optimization:

• Use analytics tools to evaluate the effectiveness of content campaigns and optimize for greater reach and engagement.
• Conduct A/B testing on content to improve results.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in content creation, email marketing, video editing, copywriting, social media management, or a related role.
• Strong interest in or experience with email marketing, including campaign creation, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools) and a willingness to learn new tools and understanding of email marketing metrics.
• Strong creative and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor content to various platforms and audiences.
• Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software).
• Basic graphic design skills (experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools is a plus).
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and best practices.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
