Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Content Creator & Social Media Marketing Specialist who can develop and execute creative content strategies for our social media channels. You will play a key role in driving engagement, generating leads, and promoting our vehicles and services through engaging social media campaigns, visual content, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative social media strategies for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
• Create high-quality content, including photos, videos, graphics, and written posts to showcase our inventory, services, and dealership events.
• Highlight customer testimonials, vehicle features, promotions, and industry news to drive engagement.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create content that aligns with promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Manage the daily posting schedule, monitor interactions, and engage with followers to build a loyal community.
• Use analytics tools to track and measure social media performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
• Stay up-to-date with automotive trends, digital marketing strategies, and social media best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media marketing or content creation, ideally in the automotive or retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and automotive marketing trends.
• Exceptional written and visual communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software) and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Ability to create engaging video content, including vehicle walkarounds, behind-the-scenes footage, and promotional videos.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Knowledge of paid social media advertising, including Facebook Ads and Instagram promotions (a plus).

Bonus Skills (Optional):

• Experience in the automotive industry and understanding of vehicle features and benefits.
• Photography or videography skills with a portfolio showcasing automotive content.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
